John Somerscales
John studied history of art at Nottingham University, later embarking on a career in design and illustration.
Painting in watercolour, acrylic and oil, he divides his time between staging exhibitions, illustration and teaching.

Recent solo exhibition venues have included Green College, Oxford Town Hall and Banbury Mill, and one picture has even found its way to the Mall Galleries in London!
